After you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second update to the same email address confirming once your order has shipped and containing your shipment tracking number.
Upon placing an order, you’ll also have the option to sign up for text message notifications on the order confirmation page should you wish to receive updates via text/SMS.
Don’t see your order confirmation email? Be sure that you entered your email address correctly and check your spam folder. You can also log in to your Bulwark account and visit the Order History tab to view your order status at any time.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any order within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). If you wish to do so or have any questions, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. In this case, we will arrange a pickup for the order. Depending on the nature of the return, or if you return an item without contacting Customer Service, you may be subject to paying the return shipping costs.
We offer a number of different affordable shipping options:
- Our flat rate domestic ground shipping for standard 1 or 2 12oz. bags cost approximately $6.50-$7.00.
- Free domestic ground shipping for orders exceeding $30.
- Flat rate domestic ground shipping on standard, one-time orders of $48.99 or below.
- Free domestic ground shipping on standard, one-time orders over $49.00.
- $5 discount on expedited and international shipping for Bulwark’s subscription orders.
We ship via both UPS and USPS and automatically choose the most efficient carrier based on weight and location.
NOTE: All orders are subject to a two (2) business day processing period. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will not ship until Wednesday.
*Standard Ground (Domestic) (Arrives 2-6 business days after shipping.)
Standard Ground shipping is available to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to the Continental US (not including P.O. Boxes) are sent via USPS or UPS depending on weight and location and typically arrive in two (2) to six (6) business days after shipping. Shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS.
*UPS 3 Day Select (Arrives 3-4 business days after shipping.)
3 Day Select shipping is available in the Continental US (not including P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses). Orders placed with 3 Day Select shipping are guaranteed to arrive in three to four (3-4) business days.
*UPS 2nd Day Air (Arrives 2-3 business days after shipping.)
UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. UPS 2nd Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air shipping are guaranteed to arrive in two to three (2-3) business days after shipping.
*UPS Next Day Air (Arrives 1-2 business days after shipping)
UPS Next Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. UPS Next Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS Next Day Air shipping are guaranteed to arrive in one to two (1-2) business day after shipping.
Standard and expedited international shipping is available. Standard International is USPS Priority Mail International and will typically arrive at the destination customs in six (6) to ten (10) business days. Expedited International is USPS Express Mail International and will typically arrive at the destination customs in three (3) to five (5) business days. Rates can be viewed in the cart for Canada and other International shipments.
Unfortunately, no. We chose not to offer this so that we could pass the cost savings on to you.This decision also streamlines our logistical and fulfillment processes and ultimately allows us to ship your orders to you faster and more accurately.

We habitually under-promise and overdeliver, so here’s what we can promise. Orders are generally subject to a processing period and will generally ship 2 business days after your order is placed. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday. Or, if you place an order on Friday, it will ship on the next Tuesday. Orders are often roasted and shipped on the same day that they are placed, but this is never a guarantee.
*Holidays may cause an additional one (1) to two (2) business day delay in shipping.
*We do not ship orders on weekends and shipping delays are possible due to COVID-19 restrictions on shipping companies.
If you have a subscription, you may be able to schedule your order in advance for it will process on the selected date then roast and will typically ship 2 business days later (please see notes on coffees with limited roast dates). We do not offer the ability to select a future ship date on standard, one-time orders. Click here to explore subscription options.
*NOTE* Select coffees have limited roast dates. Roast dates can be found on each coffee’s product page under the product image. If you have a limited roast item in your order, the entire order will not ship until the specified date.
Unfortunately, no. At this time we can only ship an order to one (1) address at a time. If you would like to ship items to different addresses you will need to place separate orders.
